A journal and a playbook?
Yep you heard that right. A journal and a playbook, all rolled into one! Creative by Nature is in essence a reflective journal, but as it’s about creativity I just had to give it a creative twist. There are no rules here; you can write, draw, doodle, daydream, stick things in, and generally use the journal however you like. It’s also scattered throughout with a whole bunch of creative activities, and some play prompts to get you making as well as thinking.

Hey, I’m Rhiannon!
This journal is the result of 20 years of my creative explorations
I’m a creative multipotentialite, and I’ve been on a journey of my own creative discovery since I was a child. After feeling like my creativity never quite fitted what I was being told it was supposed to be, I began to question western society’s definitions. Over years of exploration, learning, playing and reading, I began to uncover something that made so much sense. Creativity isn’t something you’re “good at”, but something you simply inherently are as a human being.
Existence is creativity itself, and creativity manifests itself in millions of different ways.
We’re not often told this though, or taught how to understand and unravel our own wonderful, magical creativity, and so Creative by Nature was born to do just that. It’s the result of my many years of explorations, condensed down into something I hope you will find deeply supportive. Above all things, it’s intended to be a roadmap back to yourself. A gigantic permission slip to see yourself, and appreciate yourself. Give it a go and see.

Print on demand means that each copy purchased is printed individually when it is ordered. This means I don’t have a stock pile of printed journals that I send in the post, and instead only what is needed gets printed.
As a solo business, this makes my life considerably easier, and it means I can offer you an option to purchase a pre-printed copy of the journal when I otherwise wouldn’t.

If you purchase a printed copy of Creative by Nature, then that gets printed through Lulu, a US-based self-publishing book company. They work with printing outlets around the world, so I don’t know exactly where each journal gets printed, but Lulu will automatically direct your order to the printer closest to you. This will minimise postage costs for you, and reduce the carbon footprint of your journal.

Lulu (my on-demand printing service) produces books at their print facilities across the world, including locations in France, India, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States, and then ship the print products globally.
They currently do NOT ship to the following countries/territories:

Postage costs vary on individual orders, depending on the country you are ordering from and which delivery method you select.
To give a rough idea though, in the UK:
2nd class Royal Mail delivery is £3.94
Priority delivery is £4.95
Express trackable delivery is £8.94
You will be given accurate postage costs and options during checkout however, so please refer to those.

If you order Creative by Nature as a downloadable PDF, delivery will be instant. You will receive confirmation emails within a few minutes of purchase, which will provide you with links to download your PDFs.
If you order a printed copy of Creative by Nature, then delivery will on average take between 6-9 business days. Once you place your order, your journal will first need to be printed (normal production times are 3-5 business days), and then it will be delivered to your address. You will be given an estimate of delivery times when you choose your postage option during checkout.
When you order a printed version, your order confirmation, dispatch notices and any tracking information is provided directly by Lulu, so please contact them directly with any queries.

Because of the nature of these products as digital downloads and custom print-on-demand products, I do NOT offer returns or refunds on Creative by Nature in any format, so please consider this before purchasing.
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, Lulu will provide a replacement copy. Please notify them directly within 30 days of your order’s shipment date through their online customer support form.
