Delivery

All products are dispatched from Bath in the UK.

I aim to dispatch orders in 1-3 working days. At times dispatch might take longer - if I expect dispatch to take longer than 5 working days I will let you know. If you need to receive your order by a certain date please email me - ideally before placing your order - and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout, as I cannot redirect orders once they have been posted to you.

Shipping fees cover delivery to one address. If you wish to ship multiple orders to different addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

If you suspect a lost delivery, please email rhiannon@rhiannonadler.co.uk or complete the form on my Contact page with your name, email and order number and I’ll look into it.

UK delivery

Free UK standard 2nd class Royal Mail delivery is available on all orders. Estimated arrival time is 2-3 business days after dispatch. Please be aware that Royal Mail 2nd class deliveries now happen on alternate weekdays as follows:

Week 1: deliveries Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

Week 2: deliveries Tuesdays & Thursdays

You can find out more about the changed letter delivery times on the Royal Mail website here. You can still expect to receive your mail within 3 working days of postage, but if you need to receive your items more urgently, I recommend paying for first class delivery.

UK standard 1st class Royal Mail delivery is available for an additional flat rate of £2 per order. Estimated arrival time is 1-2 business days after dispatch.

You can select your preferred postage method during checkout.

EU + international delivery

I currently only post to addresses in the UK. This may change in future if there is enough demand for international delivery.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order or any of the products you receive, please email rhiannon@rhiannonadler.co.uk or complete the form on my Contact page, including a photograph detailing the problem if relevant.

Returns or exchanges are possible if posted back to me within 14 days of the original dispatch date. All items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. Once you have contacted me with your exchange or return request, I will confirm the return address to post these to. Please note customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, except in the case of a fault on my part.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective I am unable to accept returns for:

  • Customised made to order items

  • Digital downloads

  • Digital products including, but not limited to, digital courses, digital toolkits and pre-recorded workshops

  • Items on sale

  • Seconds product offers

This returns policy is in addition to, and not instead of, your statutory rights.
