Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions shall govern your use of https://rhiannonadler.co.uk (“my website”) and my products, services and offerings. “I” / “me” refers to Rhiannon Adler.

By using my website and services, you accept these terms and conditions in full; if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use my website or participate in my services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use my website.

REFUNDS

Refunds are not available on digital products such as courses, email courses and pre-recorded workshops. If you are experiencing any problems with a digital product you have purchased, please contact me and I will do my best to sort things out.

Payment methods

I use Stripe as my main payment processor on my website, which is a trusted and secure system. Stripe accepts payment by credit and debit card in most countries around the world. In some instances you may be able to pay by Paypal, Apple Pay, Clearpay or Afterpay.

If you choose to pay for a product or service in instalments, this agreement is managed by Clearpay or Afterpay, subject to the terms of these third party services. I have no control over any credit agreements you make with these services.

For direct 1:1 services with me, you will be issued with an invoice and offered options to pay me directly via BACS or via credit or debit card using a payment link within the invoice.

INDIVIDUAL WELLBEING

By purchasing any of my workshops, retreats, services or products you are agreeing that you are responsible for your own individual health and wellbeing. None of my services or products are a substitute for professional counselling, psychotherapy, mental health support or medical services. If you feel you are in crisis or in need of professional support for your wellbeing, please contact your GP and/or a 24 hour support service such as The Samaritans or Mind.

Abusive behaviour

I do not tolerate bullying, hate speech or abuse of any kind. If you witness or experience abuse from anyone on my website or whilst participating in any of my products or services or offerings, you can report it directly to me at rhiannon@rhiannonadler.co.uk
