What I did
I worked with Mona twice over a 5 year period. When she first approached me, I carried out a complete audit of her website design, providing feedback & suggestions for improving the readability, accessibility, look & feel and user experience. Mona then made what adjustments she was able to herself, and then hired me to carry out the remaining edits.
5 years later, Ali asked me for support again, this time for SEO guidance after her website had been transferred to a new theme. I provided feedback on how she could better improve the SEO implementation on her website, and dealt with the technical aspect of ensuring Google Search Console was connected and properly set up on her Wordpress website.
