One-page website setup
Date: July 2026
Platform: Squarespace
Brief: Create a single page website in Squarespace using a pre-designed mock-up.
Website look & feel: Calm, neutral-gendered & quietly warm, using call-backs of the main lifebuoy image throughout the site in dividers and bullet points.
What I did
As someone with previous experience in websites, Ari provided me with a website brief, new branding guidelines and a pre-designed website mockup for a new single-page website. I translated his guidance into a functioning website on Squarespace, providing suggestions for adjustments where I felt they were needed.
By working collaboratively in this way, I was able to build the website within a day.
Highlights
Adjusted the site styles on an existing Squarespace website so the core website settings reflect the new branding guidelines
Adapted a visual design mock-up into a live, functioning one-page website on Squarespace
Provided suggestions for design and copy improvements where relevant
Set up appropriate URL re-directs as required
"Rhiannon was very easy to work with. She listened and understood me, and then offered many suggestions that I had not thought of. All of them were relevant. She has a comprehensive technical knowledge, but also understands people and business and the psychology behind these things."
